More About Me

My goal is to support the journey to greater understanding of yourself and your world. Times of struggle and transition are opportunities for growth, reflection, and depth of understanding in who we are and want to be. These times can also be filled with fear, vulnerability, sadness, grief, and uncertainty.

I will work with you to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment in which to express yourself, manage these mixed-emotions, and find meaning in your experiences. Using techniques from Humanistic, Cognitive/Behavioral, and Mindfulness approaches, we will work together to tailor therapy to your unique needs.

For the last 20 years, I have worked with youth, adults, and families in community and therapeutic settings and have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington since 2013. I value working with diverse cultures and the LGBTQ+ community.
