Fees & Insurance

FEES:

 INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING: $200 for a 50 minute session

COUPLES COUNSELING: $215 for a 50 minute session​​ (cash only accepted)

PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

All Credit Cards accepted. 

Payment is due at time of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hours notice is required when cancelling a session. 4 cancellations allowed per year and then full session fee applies. Except in the case of emergency, late cancellations and no shows will be charged the full session fee.

 

INSURANCE:

In-network with: PREMERA, LIFEWISE, REGENCE, BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD

Out-of-network: sessions may be partially covered by your policy's out-of-network benefits. Superbills for insurance submission provided upon request.

CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CO-PAY OR DEDUCTIBLE.  PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE CONTACTING ME TO DISCUSS COVERAGE AND QUESTIONS.
